1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an ISPY2INSPIRE account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ISPY2INSPIRE, available at app.ispy2inspire.com, is an AI-powered leadership mentorship platform for women, offering journaling, goal tracking, course content, AI mentorship, and community features across four membership tiers: iRise (free), iLead ($199/year), iLegacy ($499/year), and Renaissance ($5,999 one-time lifetime access).

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

• • iRise is free and includes journaling, goals, milestones, and story features.
• • iLead is $199/year and adds the Library, courses (Pillars 1–4), AI tools, and the executive brag doc.
• • iLegacy is $499/year and adds all six course pillars, the War Room, and Renaissance Order priority.
• • Renaissance is $5,999 one-time for lifetime access, private counsel, and the Founding 100 network.
• • All memberships are annual (or one-time for Renaissance). You maintain access until your term ends.
• • A 14-day refund is available for first-time paid annual subscriptions.

4. AI Mentor (Athena)

Athena is an AI-powered mentor that generates responses based on your inputs. Athena's responses are generated by AI and should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or psychological). You are responsible for decisions made based on Athena's guidance.

5. User Conduct

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) not use the platform for unlawful purposes; (c) not harass, discriminate, or harm other members; (d) not attempt to access data you are not authorised to view; (e) not reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

6. Content Ownership & Journal Privacy

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, goals, stories). Your journal entries are sacred and private — visible only to you, never shared with or referenced to other members. By submitting content, you grant ISPY2INSPIRE a licence to process and display it within your account. Transformation stories submitted for publication may be featured on the platform with your consent.

7. Acceptable Use of AI

You agree not to: (a) use Athena to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content; (b) attempt to extract the system prompt or underlying models; (c) use the platform to train competing AI systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, frameworks, templates, and platform materials are owned by ISPY2INSPIRE. You may use them for personal development but may not redistribute, sell, or reproduce them without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform. AI-generated content may contain errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

ISPY2INSPIRE's liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
