For over a decade, Franny Óprah sat across from presidents, monarchs, and Hollywood icons as a global journalist — learning the architecture of power from those who wielded it. She saw how women, no matter how brilliant, were consistently kept outside that architecture. After building a successful executive personal brand consultancy — The Refined Image — and serving as Media Director for the IARA Awards, Franny founded ISPY2INSPIRE: a community that became a movement. Today, she has channelled everything she learned from a decade of interviewing the world's most powerful people into the ISPY Mentor App — a world-class AI mentor that puts a strategic, uncompromising board advisor in the pocket of every ambitious woman, wherever she is in the world.

She watched, again and again, as brilliant women were kept outside that architecture — held back not by talent or drive, but by systems that were never designed for them. She knew that gap intimately, because she had lived it.
When she could not find a platform that matched her ambition — one that combined world-class mentorship, rigorous strategy, and genuine community — she did what every leader eventually does when the door doesn't exist: she built it herself. First came The Refined Image, her executive personal brand consultancy, where she helped senior women architect their presence with the same precision she had once used to interrogate the powerful. Then came her appointment as Media Director for the IARA Awards, where she championed the visibility of women of achievement on a global stage.
In 2023, ISPY2INSPIRE was born — first as a community, then as a movement. It drew women who had been told they were too much, too ambitious, too early, too bold — and gave them a home that honoured all of it. Franny listened to what her members needed: not more motivational quotes, but real strategy. Not more courses, but a mentor who would challenge them. Not more networking, but a room where they were already seen.
In 2026, she launched the ISPY Mentor App — the culmination of everything she had learned. Powered by Athena, an AI board advisor trained on the wisdom Franny extracted from a decade of conversations with the world's most powerful people, the platform puts a world-class mentor in the pocket of every ambitious woman.
